📉 Do You Really Know What You Own?

Share Post

After the turbulence of the past couple of weeks, I’ve been asking people a simple question:
“What do you actually own in your portfolio?”

The most common answers?
👉 “My advisor handles it.”
👉 “It’s in mutual funds or a 401(k).”

That’s not enough.

This will be the fifth significant down market I’ve experienced—and one of the biggest mistakes I’ve seen (and made early on) is not truly understanding what people are invested in.

🔍 That mutual fund you’re counting on? It might be heavily loaded with the same overvalued tech stocks—or concentrated in just a few holdings.
📊 You could be unintentionally overexposed to oil, tech, or sectors that aren’t aligned with your goals or risk tolerance.

Now is the time to find out.

💬 Call us. Let’s walk through what you actually own and help you make smart, informed decisions.
